The Home Office needs your views on crime in your community.
The Crime and Communities review is looking at how local communities, the police, local criminal justice agencies, and other local partners can best work together to reduce crime, raise community confidence, improve information to local people, and lower the fear of crime. They are also looking at what makes people get involved in tackling problems in their community.
A key part of the review is to gather together the voices, experiences and opinions of the public and other interested groups and representatives.
The review team has put together a questionnaire which covers the key questions of the review. We would be grateful if you would take a little time to share your experiences, views, and opinions with us.
The deadline to complete the questionnaire is Friday, 11 April 2008.
The questionnaire can be completed on line and will take around 10 minutes. You can also download a copy of the questionnaire and return it to the Home Office using the freepost address.
The Crime and Communities report will be posted on the site by June 2008.
